Everyone here at Walnuts, Cheesesteaks and Ben Franklin would like to wish a very Happy Birthday to Mommy! Happiest of Happy Days to you! Yay!
In the previous sentence, "Everyone here at Walnuts, Cheesesteaks and Ben Franklin"="I" haha.
Sorry for my lack of posting. I'm trying to save up interesting things so the posts are interesting. I just used interesting twice in one sentence.
The shows yesterday were great. There was a bit of a fiasco during the evening one, but it was covered nicely. Yesterday did not feel like a Sunday. This is most likely because we only had one show on Saturday. So the day off today feels strange. I'm glad we have the day off though, as I haven't been able to sleep the last few nights. I guess my insomnia is back! If only I could figure out what it was that was keeping me awake! Bleh!
Some snow is still clinging to the ground and trying to keep a winter like feel here in Wilmington. I love it, of course! It was funny the other day cause I left 2 hours and 15 minutes before call just in case the roads were bad (as they were pretty bad in the neighborhood.) Once I crossed the border into PA (which is about 5 minutes from here) There wasn't any snow on the ground. The roads were a little wet, but that was it. This made me nervous for ice on the way home-but once again the roads were fine. So we got the benefit of beautiful snow and safe road conditions! Yay!
Nothing else too exciting to report. Three extras and two dressers (that sounds like the title of a novella or something) went to CoCo's between shows yesterday again for the $5 wing special. Unfortunately, they weren't doing the special yesterday. I was deeply saddened. I still got wings though. And they were still good. But they should have been $5!!! Booo on CoCo's!
The plans have already started for my month in Tolland. I'm looking forward to it, although I will be truly sad to see this show end. I'm having such a wonderful time and the cast is so sweet and talented. Also, I love the children! This is probably because I am still a 10 year old at heart. People keep saying doing a show with 40 children is the best form of birth control there is, I will say that it reaffirms that I want to adopt children someday. (3, Robert...3!!!)
Wow, getting a little deep and personal here on Walnuts, Cheesesteaks and Ben Franklin. Oh, by the way, I'm going to need to change the title of my blog as I've decided to keep it going when I go on tour. So it needs to be something less specific. (Ok, the current title isn't actually specific, but it is supposed to remind one of Philadelphia, and I'll be all over the country) So, if anyone has any clever ideas for my blog title, let me know! Weeeeeeeeeeee!
